The honest version
Ted Jedynak teaching at a flip chart

I learned business the hard way, so you don’t have to.

Helping clinic owners build clinics that run smoothly, support their teams, and enhance patient care.

I’ve made more mistakes in business than I care to count and learned lessons the hard way.

If you run a clinic, you probably know exactly what that’s like. The long days, the constant decisions and the pressure of wanting to do right by your patients, your team, and your family — all at the same time.

The full story

Most health practitioners aren’t struggling because they lack skill.

I started as a clinician who cared deeply about helping people. But somewhere along the way, the business side of practice became more demanding than the clinical work.

That’s when I realised something important: most health practitioners aren’t struggling because they lack skill or dedication. They’re struggling because the system around them wasn’t designed to support the load they carry.

So, I began working with clinic owners to build the infrastructure that makes private practice sustainable. And since 2014, I’ve been deeply interested in how technology — and now AI — can support health practitioners, without replacing the human side of care.

Because the goal isn’t to turn healthcare into a machine. It’s to make private practice easier to run, safer for teams, and better for patients.

Today, we help clinic owners use practical tools — including AI — to reduce the grunt work and create clinics that don’t depend entirely on them.

The short version of a long career

Three honest reasons to trust this guide.

I’m not currently running a clinic. I want to be upfront about that — because it matters, and because you deserve honesty over a polished story.

1
The builder who got out

I built, ran, and sold multiple specialist FMT clinics. I completed the journey you’re on. I now stand on the hill with a clear view of the whole battlefield — and that perspective is more useful to you than someone still in the trenches.

2
The honest pilot

I started using AI in my own coaching practice before most practitioners had heard of ChatGPT. I got things wrong. I got some things very right. What I learned from the resistance taught me as much as the wins.

3
The hypothetical done right

I sold my last clinic in 2016. I’ve spent the decade since watching AI reshape the industry with clear eyes. Here’s what I’d install on day one if I walked back in tomorrow.

“I’m not the right guide for you if you want someone who has all the answers and never looks uncertain. I’m exactly the right guide if you want someone who’ll tell you what actually works, admit what doesn’t, and help you figure out where to start.”

The part where I introduce Lil

She’s the puppeteer. I’m the puppet.

Lil is my partner — a PhD in English literature (along with 5 other university degrees!) and the person who ensures everything we produce is clear, practical, and ready to use in real clinics.

Her role is simple but essential: she makes sure our ideas translate into tools that health practitioners can trust.

Every framework, guide, and training we deliver goes through a structured process: AI supports speed, I provide clinical and coaching insight. Lil ensures clarity, accuracy, and usability.

That combination — AI + Human Intelligence = Clinical Intelligence — is how we produce resources that work in the real world.

And yes, she still keeps me on a leash, which is probably good for everyone.

How the AI+HI=CI model works

Podiatry, business coaching, and 40 years of allied health experience. The CI layer.

This page was built exactly this way. AI+HI=CI is the live demonstration.

Why AI+HI=CI — and why now

The clinic you’ve built over years is being buried in admin.

I watched the allied health profession get buried in admin for years. Notes, reports, compliance, phone calls, follow-ups — all of it eating into the time and energy that should be going to patients and to building something worth owning.

AI doesn’t fix everything. But it fixes enough. The right systems, installed in the right order, can hand you back an hour a day. Reduce the mental load. Let your clinic function without you for days at a time.

The clinical intelligence — the judgment, pattern recognition, and relational skill you’ve spent years building — that’s yours. AI doesn’t replace it. It removes everything that’s been burying it.

That’s the idea. That’s what this is. And if that sounds like something worth two hours of your time, I’d love to show you where to start.

“AI removes pressure. Human intelligence creates progress. Clinical intelligence changes lives.”
